I was looking at these Outer Banks foreclosures today. I was thinking this would be a great opportunity to pick up some property cheap. I don’t have the means to hold this property if I don’t have a renter or someone paying the mortgage. I need to find someone that would go in on a property with me so we can sit on it for a couple of years and then sell it and make a killing.
This is about the only way that I would be able to make a large profit on something I would not be able to afford on my own.

I could use a vacation, I have been thinking for the last couple of weeks that I just want to stay home in bed and not get up. I dont think work would go for this idea. I have some vacation time but now that everyone is back living in Tucson I feel even more compelled to go down for X-mas. I was thinking if my sister would have stayed this would be the year that I would have a reason to stay in Portland and not have to travel. I guess I'm going this year. We are not going to be able to leave the pets for that long so that is a plus. I think I will go for a week and have a week at home and take that week as vacation so I can be paid and read some books and lay around the house.

I had to replace the faucet for my kitchen sink today and it made me think about the metal building 's I have been looking at. I was thinking that if I had one of these as a house I could have just moved the cabinets out of the way or had an inside wall that I could have just moved out of the way and it would not of had to struggle crawling around under the cabinet.
Of course this would be contingent of me designing the layout for the inside of the building. I would want to do it like the house I saw on the travel channel. It was just a shell and everything inside could be moved around and all the plumbing was out of easily accessed.

I dont know what it is but I have been wanting to listen to his music of late. I heard Graceland on the radio and now I want to hear you can call me Al and a bunch of other songs. I think I want to hear mostly the stuff from the 80s and 90s. Does anyone else want to listen to Paul. I thought it was kind of funny since I have had this feeling for awhile and there is a post on the "Best of Craigslist" from a guy that wants a friend named Betty and he refrences Paul Simon.

We have a couple of different acne scrub 's in the shower right now. We are trying to figure out which is the one that works the best or at least seems to work. I have not had any issues for a long time, but I know seem to have an issue with my arm pits. I know its a weird place to have an issue but that is what is happening. I even had to go to the doctor and have them look at it. So know its Scrub Scrub in the tub.
I hope it clears up soon!

I got a new X-box 360!! Its not the Slim but since the other one had been broken for so long its nice to be back online. I can know what Netflix on the TV agian an not have to struggle with the laptop. Plus I have been able to work on my Gamer Score. I'm a little closer to the 9000 mark. I have a good friend that is almost to 20K so I have a long way to go!
