So we are going to be trying something new tonight, we picked up some new stuff at Trader Joes. They have some new Indian dishes that you reheat and then add some stuff to. I'm feeling a little iffy about tonights since we are going to be reheating on that has eggplant in it. So I will let you know how it turns out. Keep your fingers crossed that its good!
