I have been thinking that my Fiancée need to try quit smoking hypnosis. I think that might be the way to go since she does not have the motivation it seems to quit. She always says she will but never takes that step to start. I was looking online and I found a place called Skyler Madison Center for Wellbeing. They say that they can get you to quit smoking in 4 to 6 sessions without the withdraw symptoms or food cravings. The food seems to be an issue with my Fiancée because that is what she always mentions when I bring up the issue I have with her smoking. She says that she will just balloon up if she quits because she will want to eat all the time. It would be good to have her stop smoking but maybe she needs a “Life Coach” they offer that as well. It’s going to take me a little bit to go through their website since they have so much information available about their different programs.

I’m going to need to show my Fiancée all the information that I found. I really like the quote that they have on there home page.
