Some friends of my sisters have been thinking of moving to Texas and they have been looking online for texas hom builders. From what I have been hearing on at least in Washington is that if you have a home built you can get a real value since you can pick and choose what you want. I know from looking at homes all of the custom homes that I have been in they feel more like home than a lot of the strip homes I have been in. Plus with a home builder you can get everything you want added to the home at the time you are building in compared with buying a home that someone else has been living in for the last 10 or 20 year. The next home that I get I will be sure to build a home from the ground up.
