Dinner tonight was great, we ended up having home made gryos. So I stopped at Trader Joes tonight and picked up a Lamb steak and some hummas and came home and heated up my cast iron pan and chopped up some onions and thru the lamb in the pan and started grilling them up. So I have to say I might have out done myself today. Dinner was just the best. Plus I found some Shock Top Ale.
